Exterior Wall Coatings: All of the exterior facades were manufactured on steel blind frame and Egepen Deceuninck 80 mm comfort glass was used. It has the ability to isolate 40% of ultraviolet solar rays and 60% of outdoor sound. Motorized aluminum roller shutters are also of high quality in terms of sound insulation, weather protection and thermal insulation.
Interior Wall Coating: About 30 cm iso brick was used on the walls and outer walls between the apartments and plaster and gypsum were drawn onto it and the sound and heat insulation was maximized. The noise from the installations has been reduced to minimum levels by using silent pipes in all of the substructures.
